Before the full-length assault of For The Ones, iconAclass (Will Brooks of dälek) laid the groundwork with the I Got It EP—a six-track manifesto of pure, unfiltered underground hip-hop. Released on Brooks’ own Deadverse Recordings, this EP strips away the dense atmospheric "walls of sound" found in his previous work, leaving behind a skeletal, heavy-hitting foundation of boom-bap grit.
