SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Some apparel items are printed on demand and ship separately from Direct Web store orders. You will receive separate tracking emails if applicable.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
2. Vinyl, Cassettes & CDs — Special Handling
Physical media (vinyl records, cassettes, and CDs) are fragile and carefully packaged. In the event your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and original packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
